描述

此函式計算聚類結果的資訊準則 (IC)。

用法

Info.Criterion(NS, DataS, r, totCL, Nc, cl)

引數

• NS 地點數量（即計算 IC 的區域性尺度時間序列的站點數量）。

• DataS 與計算 IC 的區域性尺度（站點）資料相對應的資料集。這是一個 NS*NN 矩陣，其中 NN 是天數（即時間序列的長度）。

• r 計算 IC 的值（參見詳細資訊）。

• totCL 每個聚類中元素（例如天數）數量的向量。

• Nc 聚類數量。

• cl 包含聚類序列的向量（length(cl) 為 NN）。

    The IC is computed as $IC = Sum_i=1^K |n_i,r - (p_r * n_i)|$, where
    $n_i,r$ = \# of days in cluster $i$ that receive a rainfall amount > r
    $p_r$ = proba of such rainy days in the whole population
    $n_i$ = \# of days in cluster i
