神經影像資料處理/資料/儲存/組織
還有一種格式用於組織和描述神經影像實驗的輸出和資料集，稱為腦影像資料結構 (BIDS) 格式[1]。BIDS 標準使用與現有軟體相容的檔案格式，統一了該領域中已經普遍存在的多數實踐，並捕獲了大多數常見資料處理操作所需的元資料。
某些預處理工作流程，例如 fMRIprep，將要求資料採用 BIDS 格式。
