下一代測序 (NGS)/ABySS

首先，我們需要獲取 google sparsehash，假設你沒有 root 許可權，你的使用者名稱為 USER，我們將安裝在本地 include 目錄中

 wget http://google-sparsehash.googlecode.com/files/sparsehash-1.11.tar.gz
 tar xvzf sparsehash-1.11.tar.gz

 ./configure -prefix=/home/USER
 make
 make install

現在獲取 ABySS（假設你已經安裝了 BOOST 庫）

 wget http://www.bcgsc.ca/downloads/abyss/abyss-1.2.7.tar.gz
 tar xzvf abyss-1.2.7.tar.gz
 cd abyss-1.2.7
 ./configure CPPFLAGS=-I/home/USER/include
 make

我們現在執行 ABySS，kmer 大小為 25，並且需要至少 n=10 個連結來連線重疊序列。
