NTFS（或 NT 檔案系統）是由 Microsoft 建立的一個專有檔案系統。這是使用 Windows NT、Windows Server、Windows XP 和 Windows Vista、Windows 7 的系統上使用的預設檔案系統。
雖然此檔案系統是專有的，但也有一些能夠可靠地對其進行讀/寫的開源應用程式，例如 NTFS-3G。
