梅西耶 100（也稱為NGC 4321）是一個w:螺旋星系，距離大約5250萬w:光年，位於w:星座 w:后髮座。它是由w:皮埃爾·梅尚在w:1781年發現的。它是w:室女座星系團中最亮的星系之一。在M100中已經確定了五個w:超新星：w:SN 1901B、w:SN 1914A、w:SN 1959E、w:SN 1979C和w:SN 2006X。M100 還有一個名為w:NGC 4323的w:衛星星系。
